Power Tools allow you to bulk update profiles based on the list of participants you created using the list builder.
In this article:
Bulk Review Status
You can update the review status for multiple profiles within Power Tools. This is helpful in the event that you want to review downloaded information offline or indicate in bulk that medications have been reviewed at check-in. When you update reviews in bulk to a Pending or Yes status, the initials of the provider and the date the review status changed are added to the participants' updated reviews.
At the end of the season or year, this is also where you can update your Reviews to No.
To update reviews in bulk:
- In the Menu, click Profiles.
- In the List Builder, filter for the profiles that you want.
- (Optional) In the Profiles List, check the boxes to select individual profiles if you want to update a more specific subset of the profiles.

- Click the accompanying UPDATE button(s).

Assigning and Revoking Roles
Permissions allow you to grant and limit access to people and processes in your account. Roles consist of a set of permissions that determine what providers can and cannot do within the account. - In the Default List box, select Providers (current) to filter for Providers in the List Builder.
Important: Roles can only be assigned to Providers. - In the right column, in the menu, click POWER TOOLS.
- In the submenu that appears, click MANAGE PERMISSIONS.
- In the middle column, check the box(es) to select the providers to whom you want to assign a Role.
- In the Select a Role box, select the Role that you want to assign. A list of the permissions being assigned and the providers receiving the Role will appear.
