The list builder is a powerful tool that allows you to filter down your profile list to match specific criteria.
Using the list builder to narrow down to a subset of profiles is an important first step before creating a report or sending a bulk message to your participants. The reports, custom reports and send message features will only include profiles you’ve filtered for in the list builder.
You can filter by just about anything, and we recommend scrolling through all of the available filters to familiarize yourself with what is available. Popular filters are the group select, allergies, medications, completion status, and review status filters. You can also filter for answers to specific questions.

To create a list, click the Add Condition button to apply as many filters as you need to narrow down your search. To remove a filter, click the next to the condition.
How do I see a list of current providers?
To see a list of current providers select Providers (current) from the Default Lists drop-down menu.
How do I see a list of profiles with bounced emails?
To see a list of profiles with bounced emails, select the Bounced Emails list from the Default Lists drop-down menu.
How do I view a list of profiles that have or have not been reviewed?
To view a list of profiles that have been reviewed or have not been reviewed, add the Review Status filter in the list builder, and then select the review type.
How do I view a list of complete or incomplete profiles?
To view a list of complete or incomplete profiles, add the Completion Status, Completion Status (Steps) or Completion Percent filter in the list builder.
How do I filter by bunks/cabins?
To filter by bunks/cabins, add the Tags filter in the list builder.
A set of default lists are available under the Default Lists drop-down menu at the top of the page. Saved Lists and Shared Lists will also appear here.
Save and Share Lists
Click on the Save List button to save a set of filters you use frequently, and access it later on under the Default Lists drop-down menu at the top of the page.
Saved lists can be shared with other providers in your organization.

If you need to edit or delete a saved list, first select the filter from the Default List drop-down menu.
If you would like to edit a list, make the appropriate changes and click the Save List button. Choose the Overwrite Existing option, select the list you would like to update, and click the Save button.
To delete a list, select the Delete List button. If a list is shared with other providers in your organization it will be deleted for all providers.
A reference list of all available list builder conditions is provided below. Please note that some conditions may not display for your organization, as the available conditions depend on the features your organization uses.
