The List Builder is a powerful tool that allows you to filter your Profile List to a subset of profiles that match specific criteria.
Filtering your list of profiles with the List Builder is an important first step before creating a report, sending a bulk message to your participants, or assigning Roles to your team. The Reports, Send Email Message, Send Text Message, and Power Tools features only include the profiles that you filter for in the List Builder.
You can filter for just about anything by adding one or more conditions (specific elements of a filter), including profiles with answers to specific questions asked in your Health Profile. We recommend reviewing all of the conditions to familiarize yourself with the options that are available.

Create Lists
When you create a list, it is important to think about which profiles you want to include as well as which ones will be excluded from the list. For instance, the default filter shows you the profiles for all participants with current and upcoming registrations. It will not show you profiles which only include past registrations and no registrations.
To create a list:
- In the List Builder, click the Add Condition button.
- Select the appropriate conditions from the drop-down menu in each box.
Tip: If you want to filter for all participants in a past session or sessions, add the Group Select condition, and be sure to check the Show Past Groups box that appears. You can add as many groups as you want to the third box of the Group Select condition. - Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add as many conditions as you need to narrow your Profile List.
- (Optional) If conditions exist that you want to remove, click the Remove icon (
) next to the condition.
Time Saving Tip! You can click the Restore Defaults button to quickly return to a list of all profiles with current and upcoming registrations.
Default Lists
A set of popular filters are saved as Lists and are available in the Default List drop-down menu at the top of the List Builder page. Custom Lists for filters that you and your organization save and share will also appear here.

Popular Lists and Filters
- Current Providers: To see a list of current providers, select Providers (current) from the Default Lists drop-down menu.
- Profiles with Incorrect Email Addresses: To see a list of profiles with incorrect email addresses, select the Bounced Emails list from the Default Lists drop-down menu.
- Reviewed and Unreviewed Profiles: To view a list of profiles that have been reviewed or have not been reviewed, add the Review Status condition in the List Builder, and then select the Review Type.
- Complete or Incomplete Health Profiles: To view a list of profiles with complete or incomplete Health Profiles, add the Completion Status, Completion Status (Steps), or Completion Percent condition in the List Builder.
- Tags (e.g. bunks/cabins, grades, teams): To filter by specific tags on a profile, add the Tags condition in the List Builder.
- All Profiles: To see all profiles in your account, click the Remove icon (
) next to each condition in order to completely remove the filter.
Custom Lists
You can use the filters in the List Builder to create custom lists that you can save and share with other providers at your organization.

Save and Share Lists
If you have filters that you use frequently for running reports, sending messages, or using power tools, you can save time by saving these filters as Lists. You can also share your Saved Lists with other providers at your organization. Saved and Shared Lists appear in the Default List drop-down menu.
To save and share a list:
- In the List Builder, click the Add Condition button.
- Select the appropriate conditions from the drop-down menu in each box.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add as many conditions as you need to narrow your list.
- When you have created the filter that you want, click the SAVE LIST button.
- Do one of the following, depending on whether you want to save a new list or overwrite an existing one:
- To save a new list, in the List Name box that appears, type the name of your new list.
- To overwrite an existing list, click the New List box, select Overwrite Existing, and then click the Which list to overwrite? box and select the list that you want to overwrite.
- (Optional) If you want to share the list with other providers in your organization, check the Share this list with other providers box.
- Click the SAVE button.
Delete Lists
When you no longer need a Saved List that you created, you can easily delete this list from the Default List box.
To delete a list:
- In the Default List box, select the list that you want to delete.
- Click the DELETE LIST button.
- Click the DELETE button that appears in order to confirm your decision.
Important: If you delete a list you created that is shared with other providers in your organization, it will be deleted for all providers. You cannot delete a shared list created by another provider.
Condition Types
A reference list of all available List Builder conditions is provided below. Please note that some conditions may not display for your organization as the available conditions depend upon the features your organization uses.
Demographics
Profile Status | Profiles with as past, current or upcoming registrations. |
Demographic Change Request | Profiles with outstanding demographic change requests. |
Duplicate Merge Request | Profiles with outstanding duplicate merge requests. |
Sex | Profiles listed as male or female. |
Date of Birth | Profiles with a date of birth before, after, or on the listed date. |
Age | Profiles with an age before, after, or on the listed age. |
Profile Picture | Profiles with or without a profile photo. |

Bounced Emails | Profiles with users that have incorrect or outdated email addresses. |
