The News Feed is an area that tracks events and alerts for your organization. These include financial, administrative, and medical notifications.

Accessing the News Feed
To access the News Feed, click the Alert icon () next to your name. The number of alerts will appear next to the icon.
Important Events
Items that are represented by the number displayed to the right of the News Feed Alert icon () are considered Important Events, and may include the following:
- Demographic Change Requests (for current and upcoming sessions only)
- Cancellation Requests
- Health Log Follow-Ups
- Unprinted CampGrams (for current sessions only)
Important Events will continue to be represented by the numbers displayed next to the News Feed Alert icon () until they are resolved.
Events not represented by the number displayed to the right of the News Feed Alert icon () are not considered Important Events, but are displayed in the Events List immediately below the Important Events. These may include the following:
- Account Credited
- Account Debited
- Added to Waitlist
- Registration Created
- Extension Requested
- Profile Merge
- Low Medication Count
- Demographic Change Requests (for past registrations only)
- Unprinted CampGrams (for past registrations only)
Important: Only requests made for profiles with current or upcoming registrations will trigger the News Feed and appear at the top of the screen as Important Event alerts. Requests for profiles with past registrations will not trigger the News Feed feature and will not be appear as Important Event alerts.
Time-Saving Tip: To keep track of profiles with current Alerts that need to be reviewed and resolved, use the List Builder. Conditions for Important Events in the List Builder include:
- Duplicate Merge Request
- Demographic Change Request
- Registration Cancellation
- Unlock Request
Filtering Events
Use the Filter Events by Type drop-down menu to view only a specific type event, or use the Filter Events by Name field to find events associated with specific profiles. A full history of events can be found below, in chronological order.
