March 2026 — Enhanced Payout Report Update
Reconciling a payout just got a lot easier. A new Export button is now available next to each payout in the Organization Ledger, giving you a full breakdown of every line item included — payments, refunds, and chargebacks alike.
The report flags split transactions, separates processing and convenience fees, and shows the GL Code and attributed tuition or add-on for each line item, making it easier to match transactions to your accounting software and speed up reconciliation.
March 2026 — Participant Ledger Enhancements Update
Enhancements to the Participant Ledger now allow you to track revenue down to the individual line item, even when a family purchases multiple items in a single transaction. Processing and convenience fees are automatically split across each line item in the transaction. This gives your team a clear, detailed breakdown of net revenue per program, add-on, GL Code, or registration.
