Terms & Conditions
All gifts will be provided once the directly referred organization has paid their deposit within 180 days of your submission. The referred organization must indicate they were referred by you during the first contact with a DocNetwork representative. Medical supply credit can only be used on orders greater than $500 and excludes epinephrine auto-injectors.
