If you are using Daxko to manage your membership information, you can sync the membership information in Daxko with your DocNetwork account. The integration can sync your group, profile, and registration information. It can also add an authorized user for new profiles. This is a one-way sync that updates your DocNetwork account.

Setup
Setting up the Daxko integration requires cooperation from your organization, your Client Success Team, and Daxko.
To set up the integration:
- Contact your Client Success Team to request the integration.
- Your Client Success Team sends you our signed Daxko Data Access Agreement.
- You sign the agreement and send it back to your Client Success Team.
- Your Client Success Team coordinates with Daxko to receive your scope.
- Your Client Success Team retrieves your group information from Daxko using the scope.
- Your Client Success Team adds the scope to your DocNetwork account.
Synced Data
The Daxko integration runs daily at 5 AM Eastern.
Group Data
Important: Groups must have a Daxko identifier in order to be synced. |
Profile Data
Note: The Daxko Member ID is not updated. It is added if no ID exists. |
User Data
Important: Data is synced for one authorized user. If there is no Primary member on the account, the member email address is used. |

Manual Sync
If the Importer feature is enabled for your organization, providers with the Import Profiles permission in their Role can initiate a manual sync between Daxko and DocNetwork. By default, a manual sync runs for all groups. However, you can also initiate a manual sync for a single group.
You can also initiate a Manual sync if a sync needs to be completed prior to 5 AM Eastern. Please note that syncs done over three (3) times a day may incur a usage fee.
Note: It might take a few minutes to notice the changes from a manual sync.
To initiate a manual sync:
- In the Menu, click Data Imports.
- In the submenu that appears, click Profile Import.
- Do one of the following, depending on whether you want to sync all of the groups or a single group:
- If you want to sync all of the groups, go to step 4.
- If you want to sync one group, in the Manual Sync box, type the Group Identifier for the group that you want to sync.
Important: The group must be associated with an "offering" rather than a "segment" identifier (e.g., program_id=CMP26343&location_id=B339&offering_id=CI99664).
- Click the START SYNC button.
Caution: Daxko limits imports. If you sync your data more than three (3) times a day, you might incur a usage fee.
Important: Any new programming added to Daxko throughout the year will not be automatically integrated. Reach out to your Client Success Team if new groups need to be added.
Childcare Sync
Why Use the Childcare Sync?
Bring your childcare data together effortlessly. Activating this update ensures your active childcare sessions sync automatically with your existing integration. If you’re using Daxko, your sessions will now flow directly into your current group structure, giving you complete operational visibility while eliminating manual data entry.
What’s included with the Childcare Sync?
The childcare sync automatically transfers specific data points from your Daxko system directly into your platform. Once this information is in your account, you can immediately utilize all of our standard reporting tools and resources to manage your programs.
The integration syncs the following data points:
- Profile Name
- Profile Date of Birth (DOB)
- Identifier
- Registration Status.
How to Add Childcare to Your Integration
Because this update introduces new data capabilities into your active integration, existing clients must follow our managed setup workflow to expand their scope safely:
- Contact your Client Success Team to request the addition of childcare to your account.
- Your Client Success Team will send you an updated Daxko Data Access Agreement detailing the new childcare scopes.
- Review, sign, and return the agreement to your Client Success Team.
- Our team will coordinate directly with Daxko to receive your updated scope, extract your childcare group information, and apply it securely to your DocNetwork account.
- Once notified by our team that your scope is active, log in, navigate to Settings, select Integrations, and click Configure on your Daxko module to verify your programs (e.g., After School Care, Summer Day Camp) are mapping correctly.
Pro-Tip: Schedule childcare program additions early. Because new programming added to Daxko throughout the year is not automatically pulled by the integration, notifying your Client Success Team two weeks before your seasonal registrations open ensures parents experience a flawless onboarding workflow.
Warning: Turning on childcare synchronization without uniform backend profiles carries a medium risk of incorrect reporting and data messiness. Before your Client Success Team applies the new scope, ensure all participants' unique IDs and primary email addresses match exactly in both databases to prevent duplicate accounts.
