Add Registration
To add a registration to a participant's profile, select the Registrations tab from their profile page and click the New Registration button.
Select whether the registration should be a Participant registration or a Provider registration, and whether registration is Upcoming, Current, or Past. Select the registration you would like to add from the drop-down menu.
How do I give a provider access to the entire organization?
To give a provider access to the entire organization, choose the Current option and select the organization name from the drop-down menu. To limit access to a specific group, select the group from the list of Upcoming options.
Deactivate One Registration
You can deactivate a single registration for a participant, or you can use our New! Bulk Registration Deactivation feature and deactivate several registrations at once.
If your organization is using our Registration module, it is important to note that a participant cannot use their account to register for a session that has been deactivated. It must be reactivated by a provider.
To deactivate a single registration for a participant:
- In the participant’s profile, click the Registrations tab.
- Click the name of the session that you want to deactivate.
- Click the DEACTIVATE button.
- (Optional) If there is a cancellation fee, in the Cancellation Fee box, type the amount.
- Click the CONFIRM DEACTIVATION button.
- In the Deactivate Registration window that appears, click the OK button.
Deactivate Multiple Registrations
To deactivate several registrations for a participant:
- In the participant’s profile, click the Registrations tab.
- Click the DEACTIVATE REGISTRATIONS button.
- Check the boxes to select the registrations that you want to deactivate.
- (Optional) If there are cancellation fees, in the Cancellation Fee box(es), type the amount(s).
- Click the SUBMIT button.
In the Deactivate Registrations window that appears, click the OK button. A Success message will appear.
Reactivate a Registration
If a participant changes their mind and wants to attend a session that has been deactivated, only a provider can reactivate the session for them.
If you use our Registration Module, it is important to note that you will also need to reactivate any Add-Ons or Coupons associated with the session.
To reactivate a registration for a participant:
- In the participant’s profile, click the Registrations tab.
- Click the name of the session that you want to reactivate.
- Click the REACTIVATE button.
- In the Reactivate Registration window that appears, click the OK button.
Waitlist
To view a list of participants currently on a waitlist, add the Waitlist Status filter in the List Builder.
To promote a participant off the waitlist, select the Registrations tab from their profile page, select the waitlisted session, and click the Waitlisted icon to enroll them in the session.
