One of the things that we often encourage primary providers, is to not feel like you need to use the entirety of CampDoc / SchoolDoc fresh out of the box in year 1.

A lot of our organizations find success using the platform, by pacing themselves over time. 

Maybe in year 1, your biggest need is to have a good solution to track your forms. Period. Plain and simple.

As an organization, you've struggled over the years to have participants complete forms on time. So maybe that's your goal for year 1. Maybe you used reviews to help your team manage the process smoothly.

What if in year 2, your medical team begins using all the medical tools within CampDoc. Instead of a system, (or paper) outside of CampDoc / SchoolDoc, what if your team truly begins utilizing the eMAR and Health Log in year 2?

What steps would you need to utilize to be prepared for year 2? What team members would have to know ahead of time, to help bring others on board?

Whether it's medical, rosters, lists, reports, etc., the truth is there's so much in the CampDoc / SchoolDoc application it can be overwhelming.
