If you need to cancel a participant's registration for an upcoming session, you can easily submit a request directly through your DocNetwork account.
IMPORTANT: Please note that some organizations do not permit cancellations through the application. If you do not see 'Submit Cancellation,' please reach out directly to your organization.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Follow these steps to submit your cancellation request:
- Log in to your DocNetwork (or [CampDoc]) account.
- On your dashboard, click the name of the participant whose registration you want to cancel.
- In the menu that appears on the left, click Registration.
- In the right column, click the name of the session you want to cancel.
- On the session details page, click the SUBMIT CANCELLATION REQUEST button.
What Happens Next?
After you submit the request, the organization that hosts the program will review your submission. They will either accept or deny the cancellation based on their policies.
You will receive an email notification confirming the result of their decision.
