Credit Card Disputes
Payments will display on your account statement as DocNetwork, Inc. (Ann Arbor, MI), the CampDoc and SchoolDoc parent company name.
This information was listed at the time you registered and on the email receipt you received, but we understand that sometimes mistakes are made.
If you accidentally disputed a charge from DocNetwork, Inc. (Ann Arbor, MI), we will need you to confirm that this charge is valid. You will need to complete two tasks to get this resolved:
- Call your credit card company right away to let them know that this chargeback dispute was an error.
- Complete and sign a Letter of Non-Dispute, and email us the completed letter or fax it to 734.619.8301.
Important: Please note, we are NOT able to accept a new credit card for payment. Since the chargeback dispute was initiated, we must resolve the dispute first by completing the steps above.
Credit Card Chargebacks
If the credit card dispute does not get resolved, the funds are withdrawn from your organization. This is called a chargeback.
A line item will appear under the disputed payment in the Account tab, indicating the funds initially credited to your account have been removed.
You must re-submit your payment by clicking the Make a Payment or Donate button.
ACH Returns
When a bank account payment bounces, you will be charged a return fee.
When paying with a bank account, please double check your account number and routing number. If numbers are entered incorrectly and a payment is attempted, you will incur a $35.00 returned check fee.
When a payment bounces, whether due to lack of funds or incorrectly entered account information, this is called an ACH Return.
Two line items will appear under the payment in the Account tab:
- One line will indicate that the funds initially credited to your account have been removed.
- The other line will add the $35.00 return fee.
You must re-submit your payment by clicking the Make a Payment or Donate button.
