Most Helpful Reports
Do you love to check things off a list? Don't be shy--do you add things to your list after you complete them just so you have the satisfaction of checking them off? If so, we bet you love our Standard All Profiles Report as a way to create those lists.
Or are you more of an investigator mining health forms for those bits of information that make everyone safer and happier (like allergens and t-shirt sizes)? Then you probably love our Custom Reports.
What report do you love the most? What one do you use most often?

Excellent, Valerie! We have a lot of organizations keeping track of add-ons, from items you can purchase to event tickets to special activities you can participate in. You can also track your add-ons by filtering and creating an Add-On Report in the Roster/Registration feature, and you can find instructions for doing that in our Roster Reports article.

We are a non-profit 501(c) and our camp tuitions are partly funded by very generous donors. Custom reports are a MUST during our camp season to ensure that we are tracking the safety and well being or our participants, but custom reports are also an invaluable tool post season. They are an amazing time saver, which provides the ability to quickly report back to our donors about the demographics of the students that attended camp. I also like that a custom report can be titles and saved and generated later without having to create it each time.

That makes a lot of sense, Kim! I'm really glad to hear that saving Custom Reports so you don't have to reproduce the settings each time is saving you time. I've also heard from other providers that they'll create and save these reports at the beginning of the season and share them with all providers so other providers can just use their reports and don't have to figure out the settings they need on their own. This becomes really valuable when you have new folks join during the season.

I use both the standard and custom reports! It enables me to track completion status of profiles prior to school starting. I can monitor immunization and sports form completion to name a couple. It is very easy to pull allergy and asthma information, etc. It is tool that I use frequently.
