Creating a New Provider
As you welcome new friends to your team, the most critical first step in your account is to add them as a provider with permission to access the profiles and information they need. For some organizations, new staff joins regularly, but for others, it can be a year or more between new staff members. And, of course, what about those times when someone leaves unexpectedly in the middle of the season and you have to quickly onboard a new team member? (Yes--I knocked on wood when I wrote that last sentence!)
Have you bookmarked our Create Provider Profile article so this process is easy no matter how much time has passed, or do you have some other way to remember how to add new team members? What else do you do to help onboard new team members to your CampDoc or SchoolDoc account?

I JUST solved this problem on my own LOL, I realized that when you register a user as a "Provider", you have to register them to the session with the profiles you want them to be able to access. For example, I want my "Bus Stop Chaperones" to be able to see all the profiles for the 2023 camp session so I have to register them as a Provider for that Session. Yay, me!
