Happy Accidents
We all make mistakes, but not all mistakes are bad!
In 1956, Wilson Greatbatch was working to create a device to record the rhythm of a human heart. However, he used a resistor that was the wrong size. The device ended up creating intermittent electrical impulses similar to the beat of the human heart, and that's how we ended up with the implantable pacemaker.
What simple oversight or mistake have you experienced that made a difference in the way you interact with CampDoc/SchoolDoc?

For us, it was realising that a waitlisted camper for a session would be included in our list builder, and that we needed to add the condition isn't waitlisted so we didn't put our foot in our mouth when sending notifications from CampDoc and getting a family's hopes up that their camper was off the waitlist and registered for the session!

Sometimes I'd try to pull reports for campers who did not have an active session and I was so frustrated that I could only get a few accounts in the CSV file. Then I realized I could select "include expired answers" in the advanced options menu when you run a custom report so that more of the accounts would populate the CSV file. Easy peasy!
