    For us, it was realising that a waitlisted camper for a session would be included in our list builder, and that we needed to add the condition isn't waitlisted so we didn't put our foot in our mouth when sending notifications from CampDoc and getting a family's hopes up that their camper was off the waitlist and registered for the session!

    That's good to keep in mind for us! We haven't sold out yet but some of our programs have very limited availability have grown to be pretty popular so I anticipate that we'll need it for 2023!

    Sometimes I'd try to pull reports for campers who did not have an active session and I was so frustrated that I could only get a few accounts in the CSV file.  Then I realized I could select "include expired answers" in the advanced options menu when you run a custom report so that more of the accounts would populate the CSV file.  Easy peasy!
