The Immunization Registry Integration is a time-saving feature within the Immunization Module that allows participants to automatically look up their immunization records with a nation-wide database. This feature will make it quick and easy for families to provide their immunization records, and give access to accurate vaccination information to help manage health and safety for your program.
If you are interested in adding this feature, please reach out to your Client Success Team and they will get this set up for your organization.

How it Works
DocNetwork has an integration with TrackMy Solutions, a tool that retrieves immunization records within a nation-wide database.
Once the Immunization Registry Integration is enabled in your account by your Client Success Team, the Immunization Module that appears in the profile forms will automatically display this feature.
The steps below give an overview of how the features works:
- Families will first be offered the opportunity to use the lookup service and will be prompted to sign consent and release agreements.
- Next, they can run a search of the participant’s immunization records using their residential address(es).
- The lookup feature will retrieve their immunization records and populate the dates automatically in their profile forms.
- Finally, families will be given the opportunity to verify the information to ensure it is accurate.
If a family does not want to use the lookup feature, they will still have the option to enter their vaccination dates manually or scan and upload a copy of their immunization record.
Participants will be prompted to re-run the lookup function once per year, to help ensure your organization has access to up to date vaccination records.
Tip: To learn more about how participants may use this feature, check out our Immunization Records Automatic Lookup support article for participants and families.
Limitations
At this time, we do not have the ability to look up records outside of the United States. Additionally, we currently do not have the ability to look up records for immunizations received in the following states: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Vermont, and any of the US Territories (Guam and Puerto Rico). We recommend participants manually enter immunization records from those States and territories.
Pricing
There is a fee associated with this integration comprised of the per profile rate and your organization's service capacity. For more information on pricing for your organization, please contact your Client Success Team.
