Getting Started with DocNetwork University

The DocNetwork Training Team is thrilled to introduce the new DocNetwork University! DocNetwork University consists of online training courses on different features of the CampDoc / SchoolDoc application.

These courses are complementary to our Support Site, live webinars, and Tutorial Video Library. We strongly recommend leveraging all of our training resources to comfortably navigate the application and have the best experience. 

We currently offer the following courses: 

• Introduction to Reporting
• Introduction to the Health Log
• Introduction to the eMAR
• Introduction to Onboarding
• Registration Setup 101
• Expirations 101
• Introduction to Application/Accepted 
• Customization 101
• Imports 101

The DocNetwork Training Team plans to add more courses over time, so please check back! Read below for instructions on how to log on to DocNetwork University as well as how to navigate your courses.

Logging On

You will be able to log in to DocNetwork University on either your PC or mobile device. 

1. Navigate to the DocNetwork University Homepage.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Do one of the following, depending on if you are a new or returning user: 
   
   • If you are a new user, create a DocNetwork University account or sign in with your LinkedIn, Google, or Facebook credentials.
     Note: You will need to use the same credentials every time you sign in. 
   • If you are a returning user, log in using the same credentials you used previously.

     

     

4. Once logged in, click My Dashboard on the upper right-hand menu where you will be directed to your Student Dashboard with all of your current courses. If you are not currently enrolled in a course, or if you would like to enroll in additional courses, click on View more courses.

   

5. Click on the course you would like to begin or resume.
   • If you are beginning the course, you will be taken to the course homepage.
   • If you are resuming the course, the course will pick up where you previously left off.

Navigating Your Course

Each course is divided into chapters, and those chapters are divided into lessons. Lessons will generally consist of text, video, multiple choice questions, and surveys. You can repeat any lessons to reinforce your knowledge, and you can always go back to a completed lesson for a refresher.

Note: If lessons are set as prerequisites, you will not be able to jump ahead in the course.

1. Once you have logged in, click on the course you would like to begin or resume.
   1. If you are beginning the course, you will be taken to the course homepage.
   2. If you are resuming the course, the course will pick up where you previously left off.
2. When you have completed a lesson, click on the COMPLETE AND CONTINUE button. 

   

3. When you have completed a chapter, click Continue to move on to the next chapter. When you have completed all the chapters, you will be eligible to receive your completion certificate.  

   

4. Click the GET YOUR CERTIFICATE button. You will have the option to share your certificate to social media, copy the link, or download as a PDF.
