One of the most frustrating things that an organization might hear from a parent is, 'When did you tell us that?',  'I never got that message', or the dreaded, 'You don't communicate with us!' Fill in the blank with any version of those sentences, and you get the idea! Sorry for making the anxiety creep up a bit.

Did you know there are tools RIGHT IN CampDoc & SchoolDoc where you can send messages (email & text) to your families?

• Need to send a reminder the day before a camp to all of your kids with an epi-pen? Simply filter in the List Builder for epi-pen (assuming you collected that information), click on the Send Message tab and proceed accordingly.
• Drop-off location changing suddenly due to weather or facility issues? Choose the Group Select filter option, choose the appropriate group, and fire off a text message to the appropriate participants.

Regular and transparent communication between your organization and parents fosters a sense of engagement and trust. Sharing information about program changes, updates, goals, and expectations can make a huge difference when it comes to family buy-in!
