I need to transfer my protection plan to a different session!

How many of you have gotten a call like this--someone registers their child for one session, purchases a protection plan, decides they want a different session, and then asks you if their protection plan will transfer to the new session? No need to worry!

It’s very easy for your campers to transfer their protection plans to a new session as long as they haven’t begun their travel (if they insured travel costs) and the session hasn’t started yet.

They can email support@campdoc.com with their request and the information below, and we can take care of the transfer:

• Participant's Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Organization Name
• Session names and dates of the original and new sessions
• Dates of Travel for each session (if you insured travel costs)
• Tuition amounts for each session
