What does a participant see when they use a mobile device?
Did you know that the majority of people accessing the internet are doing it from a mobile device? The percentage varies from 58-70%, but the fact is that most of your participants are likely using mobile devices to access their CampDoc accounts.
The good news is that our application is optimized for mobile browsers! Here's a peek at what a mobile user might see (depending on the features you're using) when they log in to their account. You can see that they need to click the Menu icon (
) to see all of their participants. What else have you noticed or questions do you have about your folks signing in on mobile?

Thank you, John. We love hearing how we can improve our software and make it easier for our providers to use the application. You can provide feedback directly to our Development Team on the mobile screen issue by clicking the Provide Feedback button in the How do I submit feedback? article on our Support Site. Keep these coming!

I love the responsiveness. The only issues we have ever seen is the provider side. Its just a bulk of information to display on a small screen. Usually an 10 inch screen from a tablet is needed to make it useable just from a provider persepctive effectivley. Are there any plans to redo or create an app for the provider side that would make adding items to the health profile say at check in more user friendly for providers on smaller phone screens (~6")?
