Training Tips & Tricks

It's your child's 16th birthday! They've been hinting, asking, and hoping for that car...ANY car...but the car that ultimately represents freedom to them! Do you toss them the keys and walk away? Do you tell them it's fine to just skip drivers training?? Of course not! You show them the way!

 

You make sure they learn proper driving techniques, laws, the unwritten rules of the road, defensive driving, etc. Additionally, they need to know how to check the tires, and the oil, and how to actually change the time when that pesky daylight savings time hits!

 

That's the way it is for many of our organizations with CampDoc or SchoolDoc (CD/SD) respectively. You have the great new car that IS CampDoc/SchoolDoc, and you also have new team members, new providers, and new roles. How do you make sure your team members are properly trained to do what they need to do, and that you're getting the most out of your system?
