Creative Tags

Not long ago, an organization reached out to us asking how to keep track of campers' cabins during the course of the season. Campers might be at the camp for eight (8) weeks or more, but they might stay in several different cabins during that time. They needed to know the cabin each camper stayed in during each week of their stay. We helped them come up with a process for creating tags that identified the participants in each cabin during each week, and the camp still uses this process from year to year.

Tags can be immensely useful for tracking data you need that isn't tracked in your registrations or health forms. Did you know that not only can you filter using tags, but you can create your own reports based on those tags?
